In our fast-moving world, local restaurants are falling prey to the greed of Giant Corporations taking large portions as much as 35% of their revenue. They also charge customers up to 15% Service fees and in some cities additional city fees. Our goal is to level the playing field for all small local restaurants by providing an equal or better online presence at a negligible cost.
Our philosophy is to nurture a healthy and sustainable ecosystem in which both restaurants and their customers are winners and we can run Lokobee operations with their help. We want to help your neighborhood restaurants and bring back the community feeling. We believe our biggest win is happy restaurants & customers and vibrant shopping districts and downtowns.

Lokobee is made by foodies who also happen to be Silicon Valley engineers. The founders have over 75 years of combined experience working at various positions as developers and managers in High Tech Corporations in Silicon Valley.

Its simple interface provides complete control to manage and operate an online presence for any size restaurant efficiently and compete with giant corporations. We not only provide online ordering but also cutting-edge marketing tools built on analytics run on data and sophisticated deep learning algorithms. This helps restaurants get new customers and retain existing customers. Our tools assist restaurants in various operational procedures like optimizing menu, generating coupons & deals, identifying popular dishes, most ordered dish combinations all resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
Meet our CEO
Hemant Joshi has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor design industry. Before starting with Lokobee in 2019, he was working at ARM Holdings in a senior technical position where he has led a variety of critical projects for ARM. He also has over 18 years of experience in managing complex EDA software projects, specializing in Physical Intellectual Property (IP). Hemant has also been a member of the Evolphin Board since 2015. Evolphin Software was founded in 2007 with its flagship Zoom platform, which combines a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Media Asset Management (MAM) system to streamline the creative workflows of companies working in broadcast video, print, graphic design, manufacturing, and more. Hemant holds bachelor’s degrees in Electronics and Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, and a master’s degree in Computer Technology from the IIT, Delhi. In 2005, US Congress passed a House Resolution 227 praising the contribution of IIT-ians to American society in every profession and discipline.
